Intent Capture (要干嘛)
This Privacy Policy applies to Intent Capture (the "Application") for mobile devices, provided by Two Stones (the "Service Provider") as a commercial service. The Application is intended for use "AS IS".
本隐私政策适用于移动设备上的 Intent Capture（简体中文 App 显示名：要干嘛，以下简称「本应用」）， 由 Two Stones（以下简称「服务提供方」）作为商业服务提供。本应用按「现状」提供使用。
What information does the Application obtain? / 本应用获取哪些信息？
Intent Capture is designed with a local-first approach. The Application does not require account registration. When you capture an intent, the text you enter is stored locally on your device so it can appear in the app, Lock Screen widget, Home Screen widget, and Live Activity. We do not operate servers that receive your intents or usage data.
本应用采用本地优先设计，无需注册账号。当您捕捉意图时，您输入的文字仅保存在您的设备上， 以便在应用内、锁屏小组件、主屏幕小组件与实时活动中显示。我们不运营接收您的意图或使用数据的服务器。
Local storage / 本地存储
- Intent text / 意图文字: saved in a local file on your device and shared with the widget extension through an App Group container so widgets stay in sync.
- App preferences / 应用偏好: such as language choice and in-app rating prompt state, stored in local UserDefaults on your device.
- Widget and Live Activity display / 小组件与实时活动: show your locally stored active intent only; no cloud sync is required.
Your intent history remains on your device until you complete, dismiss, delete it, or uninstall the Application. 您的意图历史记录保留在设备上，直至您完成、忽略、删除或卸载本应用。
Does the Application collect location information? / 本应用是否收集位置信息？
This Application does not collect precise or approximate location information from your device.
本应用不会收集您设备的精确或大致位置信息。
Third parties / 第三方
The Application does not sell or share your intent text or personal data with third parties for advertising or analytics. Because core features run locally, there is no routine transmission of your content to the Service Provider.
本应用不会向第三方出售或共享您的意图文字或个人数据用于广告或分析。由于核心功能在本地运行， 您的内容不会常规传输至服务提供方。
What the Application does not do / 本应用不会做的事
- Upload your intents to our servers in the current version.
- Require an account to use core capture features.
- Use your data for targeted advertising.
- Record audio, camera, or screen content in the background.
- 当前版本不会将您的意图上传至我们的服务器。
- 使用核心捕捉功能无需注册账号。
- 不会将您的数据用于定向广告。
- 不会在后台录制音频、相机或屏幕内容。
Opt-out / 退出方式
You can stop all use of the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or through the app marketplace. Uninstalling removes locally stored intents from the Application container on your device.
您可通过卸载本应用停止使用。卸载后，本应用容器内本地保存的意图将从您的设备上移除。
Children / 儿童
The Application is not directed to children under 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童。服务提供方不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。如您认为儿童提供了个人信息，请联系我们以便采取处理措施。
Security / 安全
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding confidentiality. Because your intents are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers in the current version, the risk of unauthorized access to your data through our service is minimized.
服务提供方重视信息安全。由于您的意图保存在设备本地且当前版本不会上传至我们的服务器， 通过本服务导致数据被未经授权访问的风险较低。
Changes / 变更
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will post changes on this page. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
本隐私政策可能不时更新，服务提供方将在本页面发布变更。更新后继续使用即视为接受修订后的政策。
