This Privacy Policy applies to Would You Rather: Left or Right (the "Application") for mobile devices, provided by Two Stones (the "Service Provider") as a commercial service. The Application is intended for use "AS IS".

What information does the Application obtain? / 本应用获取哪些信息？
Would You Rather: Left or Right is designed with a local-first approach. The Application does not require account registration. Challenge sessions, camera preview, head-tilt detection, and recordings are processed on your device. We do not operate servers that receive your camera feed, face data, recordings, or gameplay choices.
本应用采用本地优先设计，无需注册账号。挑战会话、相机预览、歪头检测与录制均在您的设备上处理。 我们不运营接收您的相机画面、面部数据、录制内容或游玩选择的服务器。
Permissions Used / 权限说明
- Camera / 相机: used for front-camera preview and head-tilt selection during challenges. Camera processing stays on device.
- Microphone / 麦克风: used when you include audio in a challenge recording.
- Photos / 相册: used only when you choose to save a finished challenge video to your photo library.
- Motion / face tracking / 动作与面部追踪: used on device to detect left or right head tilts for gameplay. We do not upload face maps or biometric templates to our servers.
- Screen recording / 屏幕录制: used to capture in-app challenge sessions when you start a recording. Output is stored locally until you save or delete it.
Permissions are requested only when needed for a specific feature. 仅在对应功能需要时申请相关权限。
Face Data and TrueDepth API / 面部数据与 TrueDepth API
On supported devices, the Application uses Apple’s ARKit Face Tracking API
(ARFaceTrackingConfiguration), which relies on the TrueDepth camera, only during an
active challenge session. The Application does not collect, store, or transmit
face maps, biometric templates, or other face data to the Service Provider or to third parties.

What information is accessed / 访问哪些信息
During an active challenge, face tracking runs on your device in real time to estimate head pose (left or right tilt). This processing is ephemeral: the Application reads live face-tracking output only to interpret head movement as gameplay input. We do not persist face maps, depth data, or biometric identifiers on the device or on any server.

Purpose of use / 使用目的
Face tracking and TrueDepth are used exclusively for in-app gameplay and UI: to detect left versus right head tilt so you can make “Would You Rather” choices hands-free during a challenge. Face data is not used for advertising, analytics, user profiling, authentication, or any purpose outside this gameplay feature.

Sharing and disclosure / 共享与披露
The Application does not share, sell, or disclose face data or TrueDepth-derived information to third parties. When you use system share sheets to save or share a challenge video, that action involves only the content you choose to export (for example, a locally recorded video)—not raw face maps or biometric templates collected through TrueDepth.
本应用不会向第三方共享、出售或披露面部数据或通过 TrueDepth 获得的信息。当您使用系统分享功能保存或分享挑战视频时，该操作仅涉及您选择导出的内容（例如本地录制的视频），而非通过 TrueDepth 收集的原始面部网格或生物特征模板。
Storage and retention / 存储与保留
Face tracking data is processed on device only while a challenge session is active and is not written to local storage by the Application. We do not retain face data after the session ends. Challenge recordings (if you choose to record) may include video of your face as part of the camera preview, but those recordings are stored locally on your device until you save or delete them; they are not uploaded to our servers in the current version.

Theme content / 主题内容
Theme question banks are bundled in the Application for offline play. The Application may optionally download updated public theme catalogs from our GitHub Pages host. That request fetches anonymous JSON content only and does not include personal identifiers.
主题题库内置在应用中，支持离线游玩。本应用可能从 GitHub Pages 可选下载公开的更新主题目录； 该请求仅获取匿名 JSON 内容，不包含个人标识信息。
Third parties / 第三方
The Application does not sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising or analytics. When you save or share a video using system share sheets, that action is between you, iOS, and the destination you choose—not data collection by the Application.
本应用不会向第三方出售或共享个人数据用于广告或分析。当您通过系统分享功能保存或分享视频时， 该行为发生在您、iOS 与您选择的目标之间，并非本应用收集数据。

- Upload your camera feed, recordings, or gameplay choices to our servers in the current version.
- Require an account to use core challenge features.
- Use your data for targeted advertising.

Opt-out / 退出方式
You can stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it. Deny or revoke camera, microphone, photo, or screen-recording permissions in Settings to limit related features.
您可随时卸载本应用以停止使用。亦可在「设置」中拒绝或撤销相机、麦克风、相册或屏幕录制权限以限制相关功能。
Children / 儿童
The Application is not directed to children under 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童。服务提供方不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。如您认为儿童提供了个人信息，请联系我们以便采取处理措施。
Security / 安全
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding confidentiality. Because core features run locally and we do not collect personal data through the Application in the current version, your risk of unauthorized access to data held by us through this service is minimized.

Changes / 变更
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will post changes on this page. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
